Setup separate remittance advice in Fusion Cloud Apps


1. Setup SRA in  Payment Process Prorfile (PPP)

SRA related setups are done in Payment Process Profile-->reporting tab as detailed here:
  1. Log into Fusion Applications and navigate to Setup and Maintenance
  2. Query task Manage Payment Process Prorfile (PPP)
  3. Query PPP being used and navigate to reporting tab
  4. Set SRA format and delivery options as shown in the example below
  5. If you wish to kick off SRA process automatically upon completion of payments, check 'Automatically submit when payments are confirmed' flag.


2. Setup SRA Delivery Options in Supplier Detail

SRA delivery options can be sepcified at supplier and site level using the navigation below:
  1. Log into Fusion Applications and navigate Suppliers
  2. Query a supplier and navigate to Payments-->Payment Attributes-->Separate Remittance Advice Delivery
  3. Select delivery method and delivery details such as email address etc as shown below
3. Setup SRA Details in Disbursement Options

These are default options for SRA specified in disbursement options page.
  1. Log into Fusion Applications and navigate to Setup and Maintenance
  2. Query task Manage Disbursement System Options
  3. Populate SRA details as shown below
