1) Login to Fusion Cloud Applications
2) Navigate -> General Accounting -> Financial Reporting Center
Click on Open Workspace for Financial Reports
Go to Tools -> Install -> Financial Reporting Studio
When you clicked on Financial Reporting Studio , a file will be downloaded and Run that file to install studio on local system.
