1) Login to Fusion Cloud Applications.
2) Navigate -> Manage Sandboxes
3) Click on Actions -> New
Enter Sandbox Name and Description and click on Save and Close button.
Select the Sandbox which you created and click on Set as Active button.
Only one Sandbox need to be active at that time.
